There is no pitch and no obligation. It is a phone call with a local architect, and it costs nothing.

The front door to every design service we offer. We meet you on site, sketch the first ideas together, and the $220 comes off your fee if you decide to proceed. Have the free 15 minute chat first so we can help you check the project is feasible. See what the hour covers.

Concept Design for Project Home

We adapt the off plan home you already like to your block, your climate and your family. Most projects take three revisions.
Bespoke Dream Home, Renovation or Addition

Feasibility studies
Three ways to test whether your idea works on the block before you commit to design. The cheapest money you will spend on the project.

We check Dial Before You Dig, the NSW Planning Portal, the land valuers website and Central Coast Council Mapping for your site and flag any issues. You receive a written summary so you know what you are dealing with before committing to design work.
Most popular

Includes the full Quick Check report. On top of that, we produce a site plan showing the legal setbacks, the building envelope, and an indicative outline of where a future building could sit. The clearest way to test whether a project is viable on the block.
Feasibility
$5,500
Includes the Quick Check report and the Site Plan with setbacks and building outline. We then add rough floor plans showing how the rooms might sit inside the building. Enough to start conversations with builders, finance and council.
