Use the free site area tool below to see your block's site area and rough dimensions in seconds, or follow the step by step guide to find the site area and land value yourself on the NSW land value and property sales map.
Find your site area
Type your address to see your block’s site area and rough dimensions. Where we have it, we show the registered (surveyed) area rather than the map estimate. NSW only. For the land value, use the Valuer General link below.
Why does it matter how big the property is, or what it is worth?
If you are planning a project such as a dual occupancy, there is often a minimum site area you need to meet before it is possible at all, so it is worth having accurate numbers before you commit. The same search gives you the dimensions of the block, and the land valuation, which also drives your council rates and land tax. All of it is worth knowing before you buy.
