Why does it matter how big the property is, or what it is worth?
If you are planning a project such as a dual occupancy, there is often a minimum site area you need to meet before it is possible at all, so it is worth having accurate numbers before you commit. The same search gives you the dimensions of the block, and the land valuation, which also drives your council rates and land tax. All of it is worth knowing before you buy.
