Strickland Cabbage Tree Loop

A 1.8km dog friendly off leash loop in Strickland State Forest, with Aztec rock escarpments on one side and the valley below on the other. Best after rain.

This is a loop through Strickland State Forest that shares its start with Strickland Falls, setting off from the same picnic area before heading a different way, down the Cabbage Tree Trail and back up the Stoney Creek Trail. Like the falls walk it is at its best after rain.

Strickland State Forest is dog friendly and is an off leash area.

  3. Continue straight, keeping left on the Stoney Creek Trail side of the loop: -33.375570, 151.322937 Google Maps Link
