Mt Wondabyne Loop (8km)

This is a great short walk to do at sunset after work, with beautful 360 views of the Central Coast. Its also really the Central Coast's only Mountain Walk, mostly along firetrail so pick a cooler day for this walk.

Walk directions

  1. Start, head off along the Tunnel Trail: -33.48118,151.29511
  2. Turn right along the Mount Wondabyne Fire Trail: -33.49844,151.28094
  3. Head up the hill to Mount Wondabyne, maybe stop off at the toilet first: -33.49543,151.27393
  4. Yay! You've the top of Mt Wondabyne. Enjoy the view then head down the hill and turn right along the Hawkesbury Track (Great North Walk): -33.49388,151.27498
  5. Turn right along the Mullet Fire trail and then turn left to return back to the carpark along the Tunnel Fire Trail: -33.48878,151.27594
