Broadwater Park

This is a beautiful little walk, it is dog friendly and has plenty of shade and water views. This is flat and good for beginners and is accessible. There is a great kids park so its good for children as well, broadwater park is always a favourite with the kids and Kincumber Post Office Cafe nearby has the most delicious food.

For an ideal day in the Central Coast with kids, head to Kincumber Post Office Cafe for breakfast, add a take away coffee and go across to Broadwater Park. Let the kids have a play and take turns having a walk along the water or take them with you in the pram or of a bike or scooter.

Kincumber is a local aboriginal word that means "The direction of the rising sun", perhaps because Kincumber Mountain goes from west to east.
