This is a beautiful walk with many waterfalls, aboriginal engravings and lovely wildflowers. It starts at a picnic area, so its a great place to have lunch as well.

What does Girrakool mean?

Girrakool is a local aboriginal word that means "Place of Waters", an apt name for this walk with many waterfalls.

The Bush Wee is my read aloud picture book for children aged 2 to 7, about a big bush walk, a very important bush wee and a race back to the car. Its repeating refrain is written for little ones to chant along to, and it helps children working on toilet confidence outdoors.
