Find Central Coast Council DCP, LEP and the Gosford City Centre DCP

I use this when looking at sites as a bit of a cheat sheet.

The map below shows where the Gosford City Centre DCP applies. If your site falls inside this boundary, its planning controls come from the Gosford City Centre SEPP and DCP rather than the Central Coast LEP and DCP, and the zones are still the old business zones (B3, B4, B6) rather than the E and MU zones used everywhere else on the Coast.
