Quality Assurance
A quality standard set up to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems
The Directors are accountable for the effectiveness of the quality management system and will monitor the output of architects to ensure that checklists and debriefs are being used appropriately. They will promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that the following quality objectives are being pursued.
Quality objectives:
- Provide a consistent, competent and professional service satisfying the expectations of our clients, approvers and the end users of our work
- Comply with all legal requirements, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable
- The reduction of hazards, prevention of injury, ill health and pollution
- Provide all the resources of equipment, trained and competent staff and any other requirements to enable our objectives to be met
- Ensure that all employees are made aware of their individual obligations in respect of this quality policy
- Maintain a management system that will achieve these objectives and seek continual improvement in the effectiveness and performance of our management system based on risk
This quality policy provides a framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing and achieving our objectives, programmes and targets. Our quality objectives are 'SMART' as they are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and, Timely (or time-bound).
To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed by the Directors to ensure it remains appropriate and suitable. The Quality System is subject to internal annual audits.

Registered and Licensed Architects
Good Architect is registered under the NSW Architects Registration Board and is fully licenced under the Service NSW fairtrading regulations for Class 2, 3 and 9c buildings as a Building Practitioner and can work on any scale of building in NSW.
